Ms. Tumuhiirwe was captured on CCTV as she tortured 1/12 year old Arnella Kamanzi in her father’s home in Naalya suburb on Kampala in November. The video uploaded by the baby's father went viral and led to global outrage against the barbaric act of the housemaid.
